He has substantial experience in the public and private sectors having worked in the industry for 20 years, and has an in-depth understanding of traffic and transport engineering, transport studies, major scheme development, urban design initiatives, public transport schemes and public consultation.
David Parton FCIPD David is Morgan Tucker's Organisational Development Director. He has held senior executive positions in major multi-national companies. David works with Matthew on the growth of the Morgan Tucker business and brand and, particularly, on recruiting and growing Morgan Tucker people.
Steve Hall IEng. MICE MCMI Steve is Morgan Tucker's Highway and Civil Engineering Design Manager and has in excess of 25 years experience in the industry gained whilst working for the public and private sectors.
Bill Smart BSc CMILT MCIHT Bill Smart is a Director of the company and has in excess of 30 years of working in the industry for a major County Council. Bill leads our Transport Planning team using his wide range of skills ranging from transport planning and network modelling to traffic engineering and major scheme development.
Michael Crown BEng (Hons) Civil Engineering Michael is the Design Manager for Morgan Tucker. He has 10 years post graduate experience within the civil engineering industry. Michael has experience of both public and private funded developments and has gained first hand knowledge of managing design teams in order to meet a wide range of customer’s requirements.
