Planning and Environment

In order to implement new infrastructure or development / regeneration proposals there are many planning and environmental processes that need to be followed and adopted during the scheme design and implementation process. The planning system has been set up to shape development for the benefit of the built environment and there are many Government guidelines and polices that must be adhered to.

The Planning and Environment section of the Morgan Tucker business has been developed specifically to co ordinate the planning and environmental elements of infrastructure and development schemes.

It is essential that early consideration is given to the planning and environmental issues of large infrastructure projects as it is often not possible to resolve complex issues later in the design process without incurring significant cost and delay.

Again, working in conjunction with experienced teams in other parts of the business Morgan Tucker is able to provide the expertise and project management that is required to manage the planning and environmental issues on large projects.

The range of Planning and Environment Services that we provide include, but is not limited to, the following:-

Master Planning Ground Investigation Sustainable Urban Drainage
Planning Statements Environmental Paving Design and Access Statements
Planning Advice Flood Risk Assessments Public Realm Design
Planning Applications and Appeals Environmental Impact Assessments Urban Regeneration
Landscape Architecture Site Feasibility / Appraisal Accessibility Studies
