The London Borough of Haringey appointed Morgan Tucker to analyse their three year collision data and identify any cluster sites for potential remedial treatment.

A review was undertaken as to where each of the collisions were, with special attention given to children and vulnerable road users.

The results were tabulated and a matrix created to prioritise the cluster sites.  The matrix gave a weighted value to vulnerable road users and children casualties.

Following prioritisation of the list, detailed analysis of the collisions was undertaken, site visits were subsequently carried out and a list of suggested measures for each site were drawn up.

Costs were estimated for the proposed schemes and a first year rate of return figure was entered in the matrix for each site.

The matrix and collision anyalyses were submitted to the Council for inclusion in their Local Implementation Plan funding submission to Transport for London.
