Morgan Tucker have been retained to undertake a review of Reading Borough Council's bus lanes in preparation for them to undertake civil enforcement.  Reading are one of the first authorities able to undertake such enforcement outside London.

Prior to enforcement, all signing, road markings and legal aspects of the relevant Traffic Regulation Orders (TROs) have to be checked and any discrepancies highlighted.

So far, we have undertaken a review of eight of the Borough's lanes with enforcement already taking place on one of these.

Our team has extensive experience of enforcement issues surrounding all TROs and widespread knowledge of signing and road markings requirements for all TROs.
