East Midlands Property & Business Investment Show is the new event for professional service providers engaged in business finance, property & construction along with inward and indigenous investment.

Matthew Tucker, said of the event -

"We thought long and hard about whether to exhibit this year, but we decided it was worth it in the end.

"As with everybody in this industry, the last year has been a challenging one, but we've got through it. We think it's going to be another tough year next year, but during the last three months or so we have seen some early signs that it may be picking up.

"We are being asked to do some of the very early upfront work on projects that we think will come to fruition during the next two to three years. So there is some hope that this is leading somewhere.

"Large construction projects have gone away during the last year and we have had to re-model our approach from end-to-end delivery to different parts of a project. We don't think there is going to be great growth next year, but I don't think there will be any great falls either – next year is all about getting ready."

Morgan Tucker's presence at this year's event proved to be fruitful, as they were commissioned to undertake two new jobs and several new opportunities were highlighted.
