WHAT WE OFFER OUR EMPLOYEES
We are 20 strong in terms of full-time employees though we have a number of temporary employees and some consultants that we employ for specialist functions within the business. What this means is that as an employee, you have the opportunity to use and develop your skill set as well as seeing a job through to completion and getting involved in all aspects of the business.
We hold regular team meetings in our offices and also hold organisation wide team events from time to time. We have a structured process for undertaking Appraisals and all our managers undertake regular informal reviews with each employee. We know that people need training and we have already supported various employees through technical training in order to enhance their skill set and increase our offering as an organisation. We have HR support and have relevant policies and procedures in place to ensure that we operate in line with current legislation and good practice.
We offer a competitive salary and 25 days holiday per annum. We also pay for a Healthcare scheme for our employees which is Westfield Health - this scheme provides a range of cash benefits and services up to an agreed amount including dental, optical, therapy, consultations, MRI, CT and PET Scanning Facilities and access to a 24 hour Counselling and Advice line. This policy also provides Accidental Death and Permanent Disability cover. We also offer a pension scheme with an employer contribution of 3%, and our pension adviser will discuss your requirements once you have successfully completed your probation period with the organisation.
THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS
We understand that joining a new organisation is a challenge and want to ensure that we equip you with sufficient knowledge to understand the culture in which you would be working. To this end, the recruitment process may take up to a full day and will include meeting members of the team as well as undertaking a presentation, a technical exercise and an interview.
