Project Management

In today’s ever evolving and complex construction market Project Managers are consistently adding value to projects by undertaking key functions within the project team. Acting as key advisors for the procurement of projects, the central focus point for project co-ordination, communication and decision making amongst other things, they enable project resources to be utilised in the most effective manner so as to cut out costly wastes and inefficiencies in order to deliver the project to its defined scope ( time, cost and quality). In the increasingly competitive construction market the ability of the project manager to maximise output from a given set of resources is seen by clients as the difference between attaining success and reaping failure.

There has been a great demand for project management services from Morgan Tucker’s existing client base; Morgan Tucker have recognised this and so have taken steps to add the service to its existing core disciplines of transportation engineering and civil engineering.

Morgan Tucker’s new Project management service is headed by Daniel Thomas, Daniel who has undertaken a number of high profile commissions most recently upon the Olympic Park in East London where he was part of multi disciplinary team from Morgan Tucker who were commissioned to provide a turnkey solution for Europe’s largest rail connected logistics centre. Morgan Tucker have Prince2 qualified project managers who have managed a variety of different schemes around the country from mixed use developments, industrial and commercial to remediation and infrastructure projects. Morgan Tucker hopes not only to build a service which will meet client’s needs but to develop longstanding relationships so as to establish Morgan Tucker as the preferred early involvement consultants for their future projects.
