Our History
The company was established in 2005 by our founder and current MD, Matthew Tucker. Originally, Morgan Tucker was founded to provide specialist highway, transport and infrastructure related services to clients in both the private and public sectors. In 2007 we developed a strong relationship with Europe's largest rail freight logistics provider, DB Schenker, who became one of the main construction stage logistic providers for the London 2012 Olympic Games. Subsequently, Morgan Tucker were appointed to design and project manage the delivery of the rail freight logistics centre on the Olympic Park. At the time, the facility was the largest of its type in Europe.
Being involved in a such a nationally important project meant that interest in our company and the services we offer grew significantly which enabled us to become the multi-disciplined engineering consultancy that we are today.
Our Vision
We know where we want our business to be and we know how we are going to get there, that is to say we want to employ a further 150 technical people and open three further regional offices by 2020. We will continue to build our reputation for delivering a high quality service and for finding solutions 'outside the box.'
It is important to us that our image and profile is considered to be honest and transparent. We will recruit the best people in our industry, support them to develop their skills and encourage them to grow with the business.
