David is the Chairman of Morgan Tucker. He works very closely with Matthew Tucker to identify and manage the strategic priorities of the business to ensure the development and growth of the business is undertaken without any compromise to quality, due diligence and people development. David has over 35 years of significant experience at executive level in major multi-national companies which means he can bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the challenges that Morgan Tucker will inevitably face as they continue to grow. David also chairs and manages the Morgan Tucker Board meetings.
Matthew is the founder and current Managing Director of Morgan Tucker. Prior to setting up Morgan Tucker he gained a substantial amount of experience of the engineering design sector whilst working in the public and private sector. Matthew works closely with his Board of Directors to manage the long term strategic priorities for the business as well as building the key relationships with Clients and other supporting organisations. Matthew also provides the strategic leadership within the business to identify new markets and opportunities that will continue to drive the growth of the business.
Jo established the business with Matthew Tucker in 2005 and worked closely with him to implement the early growth of the organisation. Prior to establishing Morgan Tucker, Jo had a long establishment with the running and growth of a Civil Engineering Contracting company. Jo is the Morgan Tucker Company Secretary and looks after all strategic issues relating to the corporate running of the business. In addition, Jo has also become a member of the Institute of Personnel and Development and provides the HR Director function for the business.
UK Operations Director
Steve is a Director of Morgan Tucker with specific responsibility for managing and growing our business in London and the South East of the UK. Steve has a substantial amount of experience of working in the engineering design and construction sector and has been responsible for the delivery of a number of nationally important construction projects. During Steve’s 30 years of experience he has worked on a wide range of projects in both the public and private sectors which means he is an integral part of the Morgan Tucker Board providing the appropriate technical due diligence within the business.
North West Regional Director
Michael is an Associate with Morgan Tucker with overall responsibility for the Civil Engineering Design division of the business. Michael has 14 years post graduate experience of working within the civil engineering industry gain whilst working for contractors on term maintenance schemes /design and build infrastructure projects. Michael has been involved at all stages of the scheme delivery process delivering projects from feasibility through to construction and completion. His teams within the business are responsible for tendering, design delivery, quality assurance and customer relations for the design sector of the business.
National Scape Manager
Phil is an Associate with Morgan Tucker with overall responsibility for the Highways, Traffic and Transportation and Planning and the Environment divisions of the business. Phil has over 22 years post graduate experience of working within the engineering design and construction sectors gained whilst working for a wide range of public and private sector organisations. Phil’s extensive knowledge and experience of the industry means his teams undertake work throughout all stages of the construction process ranging from pre planning and feasibility enquiries right through to detailed design of major infrastructure projects.
Midlands Regional Operations Director
Neil is an Associate with Morgan Tucker with overall responsibility for the Structural Engineering Design Divisions of the business. Neil has in excess of 30 years’ experience of the industry and has worked on a substantial range of projects in both the public and private sectors. Neil’s vast experience of a wide range of different construction techniques and building types enables him to manage a number of teams within the business that are delivering many substantial projects. Neil is also able to use his vast experience in the industry to provide specialist technical support to other teams within the business.
